Payment Policy

1. How You Can Pay

We accept Visa and Mastercard cards. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Amazon Pay can also be used where your device supports them. The payment options available to you are shown at checkout before you pay.

2. When You Are Charged

Payment is taken when you place your order. All prices on our website and at checkout are in pounds sterling (GBP).

3. Prices, Taxes and Duties

Delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom is free on every order.

For orders worth more than £135, UK import VAT and any customs duty are charged when the parcel arrives in the United Kingdom. These charges are not included in our prices and are not collected at checkout. The carrier will ask you to pay them before your parcel is delivered. Our Delivery policy explains this.

4. Pricing Errors

If we find a clear pricing error before your order is dispatched, we will contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Secure Checkout

Payments are made through our e-commerce platform's secure checkout. Your connection is encrypted with SSL, and card details are handled by our payment provider in line with the PCI DSS card security standard. We do not see or store your full card details.

We will never ask for your card details by email, phone or social media.

6. Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, your order is not placed. Please check your card details, try another card or contact your bank.

7. Fraud Prevention

To protect you and us, orders may be checked for fraud. If we cannot verify an order, we may cancel it and refund the full amount to the payment method you used.

8. Refunds

Refunds are paid back to the payment method you used. Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund you within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Our Refund policy explains this.
