Returns and refunds

Please read before you order. Our products ship from China and returns go back to China. For a change-of-mind return you pay the return postage, and you also arrange and pay any customs paperwork and fees needed to send the parcel to China. For some items this can be a large part of what you paid. We would rather you know that now.

1. Return window
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind. It must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Contact us first
Email us at hello@houseofharrington.co.uk with your order number and what you want to return. Do not send anything back before we confirm your return. Parcels sent without confirmation can be lost or refused and cannot be refunded.

3. Who pays return costs
If you change your mind, you pay the return postage and any customs costs for sending it to China. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we cover the return costs.

4. Restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.

5. Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund you within 5 business days to the payment method you used. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

6. Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched for a full refund. Email us with your order number. Once it has been dispatched, please use the returns process above.

7. Exchanges
We do not do direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for the one you want.

8. Items that cannot be returned
There are no items that cannot be returned, as long as they meet the conditions above.

9. Where returns go
Returns go to our fulfilment partner in China. We send you the exact return address and instructions once your return is approved. Our registered address in the United States is not a return address. Please do not send returns there.
A parcel that is refused or lost because of a wrong address or unpaid customs fees cannot be refunded.

10. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
